Vestly aimed to evolve beyond its initial focus on stock market education to include cryptocurrency learning, introducing Bitcoin rewards as an engagement mechanism. As Senior UX/UI Designer, I led the complete redesign of the mobile application and brand identity, creating an engaging platform that makes financial education both accessible and rewarding.

My Role
As Senior UX/UI Designer, I spearheaded the comprehensive redesign of Vestly's digital presence. I created the new mobile interface, developed engaging animations, established the brand identity, and built a robust design system. Working closely with developers, I ensured smooth implementation of all design elements while maintaining consistency across platforms.
Vestly's mobile app redesign enhances functionality and aesthetics. Current branding was seesed for alignment with Vestly's mission. Engaging stakeholders and user research informed the redesign to attract existing and new users. A plan was created to modernize colors, typography, and icons, improving usability and experience. This phase produced a roadmap for preserving Vestly's values while fostering growth in the competitive mobile market. The final approach prioritizes user-centered design and visual identity alignment with strategic goals.
Visual Facelift
Following the client's request to incorporate cryptocurrency education user flows were mapped to redesign the app's structure. I analyzed current user journeys and identified where cryptocurrency content could enhance stock market education. Through journey mapping and flow diagrams navigation was restructured to connect traditional investment learning with crypto modules, ensuring a smooth integration of the Bitcoin rewards system into the educational process. This approach established a foundation for both educational areas while keeping the learning experience intuitive.
Strategic Information Architecture Evolution
After establishing our new brand identity, the refined color palette and design elements were applied to low-fidelity wireframes. This phase involved converting our structural foundations into impactful visual interfaces, strategically using new brand colors to improve information hierarchy and navigation. I ensured visual consistency across educational modules while integrating new cryptocurrency features with existing stock market content. This application of brand elements transformed the wireframes into polished interfaces, balancing aesthetics with functional clarity for our final UI specifications.
Visual Design Integration
I utilized my animation skills to create strategic micro-interactions that enhanced key app touchpoints. This included a splash screen animation that reinforced brand identity and improved load-time perception, as well as celebration animations that highlighted user achievements in our gamification system. The motion design featured functional transitions for better navigation and enjoyable reward sequences to boost user engagement. These animations prioritized performance optimization, ensuring smooth implementation on both iOS and Android platforms while preserving frame rates and visual quality.
Motion Design
As a final step in the project timeline, the design of a conversion-focused landing page that strategically showcased Vestly's evolution into cryptocurrency education and rewards was brought to life. Leveraging our refreshed brand identity, I crafted compelling above-the-fold content that immediately communicated our platform's unique value proposition, while implementing sophisticated scroll-based animations to highlight key features and educational offerings.
